Many eat Vilmas knäckebröd as a healthy alternative to biscuits or crisps. Both biscuits and crisps often contain large amounts of added fat, often saturated or trans fats, which are best avoided. Vilmas crispy bread on the other hand, is baked without any added fat. The fat content of Vilma’s products consists solely of natural fat which comes from the barley and seeds in the bread which is unsaturated and healthy fat.
